The Robert Oatley Signature Series draws on a remarkable portfolio of vineyards nurtured by the winemaking talent of Larry Cherubino showcasing Australia’s most successful wine styles and regions. Bob Oatley’s mantra was that all wines should be a “darned good drink”, and the high quality Signature Series delivers immediate appeal, with satisfying flavours over an elegant frame. Each wine embodies the grape variety and region in which it was grown.
Grapes from the southern end of McLaren Vale. This is an unwooded red wine, similar in weight and body to a young Pinot Noir, Tempranillo or Sangiovese. It should be enjoyed at least lightly chilled, which will allow its lifted aromatics and bright, breezy personality to shine.

This wine offers plush, brambly cherry and blackberry aromas, alongside clove, dried flower and warm stone accents. The palate has a similar vibe, with rounded, plump fruit framed by sandy, savory and herbal tannins, running along an earthy, mineral spine. Drink Now - 2029; Rating: 92 Points; Wine Enthusiast
An array of wild raspberries and fresh, rose-like flowers make for an attractive nose. The palate has a very supple and soft, fleshy feel with candied raspberries in abundance. Drink now. Screw cap. Rating: 91 Points; James Suckling
