This Provence has good depth of flavour, richness and the finish has harmony and persistence. Bursting with delicate aromas of wild strawberries and delicate spicy notes reminiscent of rose petal. On the palate, the wine shows immediate soft berry-fruit flavours that are immediately appealing. It suits ape´ritif drinking, but is also a superb accompaniment to grilled seafood, creamy risotto and pasta dishes. A crisp, dry finish with exceptional length rounds off this wine. An outstanding southern French rosé.
A light orange to pink in the glass with wild strawberry, new season herbs and citrus zest on the nose; A medium bodied wine with a svelte texture that transitions from summer red fruits to nashi pear whilst holding a lively line of lemon acidity. The mouthfeel to finish is the highlight, the interplay with fruit and grapefruit like acidity lingers.
