This traditional Barossa red blend of three key varietals displays bright expressive ripe fruit aromas, Blackberry, Dark Cherry, soft spice and aromas of dried herb. Red fruit characters of Dark Cherry and Raspberry from the Grenache align to the dark spectrum of Blackberry fruit from the Shiraz whilst the Mataro provide the detailed tannin profile which provides structure and complexity.
