Pale pink hues across a straw green colour with very fine & persistent bubbles. The enticing aromas of freshly baked pastry & nougat are evidence of extended aging on yeast lees. Subtle hints of lemon & apple give an overall impression of fruit freshness & vitality. Tastes predominantly of red apple but is enhanced by the yeast autolysis bakery notes. The lively palate is driven by a fresh acidity, which lingers harmoniously with the confection & aged complexity. Alcohol: 14.5%
