A love of fine wine pulled Patricia and Geoff into viticulture in the 90's. With the knowledge that a fine wine started with quality grapes they began their epic journey into the industry. It started with the purchase of an old dairy farm nestled into a little valley in the Adelaide Hills at Birdwood. With it's own special micro-climate, Pat and Geoff sourced varietals suited to their particular location.
Salmon-pink; the bouquet has spicy notes possibly ex barrel ferment, the complex palate of red berries and spicy/savoury nuances threaded through the strawberry/cherry fruit of a wine with well above average intensity, length and drive.
