Located 40 minutes from Adelaide, the vineyard and Cellar Door are nestled at the foot of Mount Torrens in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, South Australia. Established in 1998 by Dave Neyle and Inga Lidums, the family owned  vineyard has quietly established a reputation for super premium wines.

Hand picked and whole bunch pressed, 20% barrel fermented. A fragrant nose of Nashi pear and spice leads to a richly structured palate of delicious orchard fruit, cinnamon and nutmeg, with fine acidity and elegant length. Enjoy with Asian and spicy dishes.

The fruit comes from three elevated, cool sites. Hand-picked, 80% whole-bunch pressed into stainless steel fermenters, 20% fermented in used French barriques with lees stirring and partial mlf. High quality gris, complex but not clumsy; a bright, crisp finish to the orchard fruit at the wheel. A bright young PG with a very varietal nose of pear, banana, gentle spice, and earthy complexity. The palate has straightforward lush varietal fruit, balanced by clean, zippy acidity with a long finish. Ralph Kyte-Powell
