Stone fruit, melon and citrus. The palate reflects the nose. A combination of white stone fruit, light melon, citrus and vanilla. Slight creaminess on the back palate but firm acids and nuances of oak provide a long clean finish.
Selectiv'-harvested, wild-yeast barrel fermentation with 20% mlf, matured for 9 months. White peach is the fruit driver, oak providing texture, but not intruding on the fruit. A clean, fresh finish.
