The guy who helps out at Hoddles Creek making his own pinot noir and chardonnay, selling the stuff at $20, but pretty much applying the same sort of philosophy to the whole project… you do the maths. This is top five best value for money wine I’ve seen in 12 months….. Produced with some of the nous of Hoddles Creek, but individually styled and sourced from selected sites. Mike Bennie; The Wine Front

Pretty wine, light in body but high in fragrance. Strawberries, spice, roses, a kiss of vanilla, and something just a little bit earthy underneath. Juicy strawberry the main flavour, gentle fine-grained tannin keeps it trim, and acidity is clean and nicely integrated. Good finish, again the gentle tannin plays out along with a sappy character. It’s a young wine at present, and I’d say better again given a year or two in bottle. Fine value. Alcohol : 12.9%; Price : $23; Closure : Screwcap; Drink : 2019 - 2027; Rating: 92 Points; Gary Walsh; The Wine Front
