Blue Pyrenees were established through a no expense spared approach, by two of the wine world's most revered, accomplished and resourced estates. A superior standard of viticulture and exacting vinification techniques were the priority, they remain at the very core of the Blue Pyrenees raison d'être.

Traditional method. 96% chardonnay, 4% pinot noir, 78% estate-grown, 22% from the upper slopes of Macedon. Trophy Victorian Wine Show '18. This had 3 years on yeast lees, and there's plenty to come with years on the cork. Price: $36.00; Date Tasted: Mar 2019; Alcohol: 12.5%; Rating: 95 Points; James Halliday Wine Companion
The latest release of a consistent favourite, the bead is fine and persistent with nose of oyster shell, meyer lemon and top notes of brioche. A texturally complete wine with white stone fruits getting drive and structure from taut citrus fruits before a richer build of almond meal and flint gives dimension to the mid palate. Touches of wild strawberry that are joined by a fullness of peach with moreish acidity bringing things to a close. Patrick Eckel; The Wine Reviewer
