Minimum Order Requirement
Please note: We have a minimum order requirement of $AUD600 value after tax concessions and excluding freight. Further, a minimum of 12 bottles of any one wine needs to be purchased.

Tax Exemptions
We offer an Australian tax (GST & WET) deduction on almost all purchases. This will vary from 15%-25% depending on current promotions. All prices quoted will be in Australian Dollars ($AUD) so savings can be quite high.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Singapore Customs and Government Import duties are not included in our pricing. Customers will be billed for the duty when delivery is made. Further information can be found at Singapore Customs . If in doubt, we ask customers to check with local authorities as WineStar will not be liable for any change in Singapore duty charges.

Email singapore@winestar.com.au with the list of your desired wines and quantities. We will email you back a full quotation and await your advice before charging and dispatching. Alternatively, place your order through the website and we will automatically email you a full quotation of your tax free price complete with freight information.

Air Freight Charges
Allow from 1 - 7 days for delivery from dispatch. (Wine is in Singapore overnight but some delays may occur in customs). Rates are door-to-door and include current airline security and fuel surcharges where applicable as well as packing in layered foam polystyrene. Rates DO NOT include Singapore customs duties and taxes or insurance.

Insurance
Insurance is charged at 2% of invoice total and covers loss and breakage only. All wine is packed in foam polystyrene boxes for added safety; this is inclusive in the freight charge.
