***Mixed dozens (multiple products in one box) and orders of less than a dozen may take up to an additional 5 working days to be dispatched.
Please note: Freight times are indicative only and not guaranteed, they are accurate for greater than 96% of orders received before midday and assume delivery to a business hours address or there is an authority to leave. If there is no one home and no instruction, the courier will leave a card to say she/he has been and ask you contact them to arrange delivery voiding our estimated delivery times. All deliveries are made during business hours so places of work are often favoured destinations. Deliveries unclaimed within 7 days will be returned to us and accounts will be credited less cancellation ($20) and freight fee. Whilst every endeavour will be made to have deliveries occur on specific days, this cannot be guaranteed. The Northern Territory is not serviced.
