· To avoid undue delays, please ensure that the wine is being sent to a business hours address or there is an authority to leave.
· Whilst every endeavour will be made to have deliveries occur on specific days, this cannot be guaranteed.
· Any cancellation will incur a $20 admin fee as well as delivery fee if wine has been dispatched.

WineStar Heat Policy:
· We reserve the right to hold orders in instances of extreme heat, obviously during the warmer months, until there is a clear path of non-extreme temperatures between us and yourself. However, on your authorisation, we can dispatch immediately noting we cannot be responsible for heat damage under these circumstances.
