The use of only the free run juice at crushing has resulted in this wine being intensely flavoured and aromatic, retaining delicacy at the same time. The wine has lifted varietal Riesling character with floral and citrus aromatics of grapefruit, lime and lemon. The palate is seamless with slight viscosity and a brisk acid finish. Riesling wines from the Clare Valley are most enjoyable when both young and zesty, or left to mature beyond five years of age, our 2015 Riesling should fit both spectra with ease. Use as an aperitif or enjoy with any seafood. Tim Adams.

Offering absolutely delicious current drinking and outstanding cellaring potential. A year on from vintage, it shows appealing floral and lime varietal aromas and a shimmering, fresh palate. Intense lime-like flavour, light body, pure, refreshing acidity and bone dry finish add up to pure drinking pleasure. The light colour, delicacy, freshness and high acidity all point to interesting flavour development in the years ahead. Throw a dozen somewhere cool and dark, and enjoy a bottle now and then. Chris Shanahan, Canberra Times

Another old faithful in the riesling stakes. Tim Adams seems to produce very consistent riesling in a very consistent style with consistently refreshing end results. Neutral, talc wet slate aromas, touch of citrus, some green apple, faint bready character. Has a juicy, fresh feel to taste with light chalky fringes. Brisk acidity sets the wine up and shows off lacy in the mix of greener fruit and citrus characters. Intense wine this, but good.
