A very complete and neatly complex pinot noir that has gently meaty characters, along with perfume, spice and neatly struck ripe red and purple cherry fruits. The palate is well balanced, ripe and complete; tannins read legibly through attractive fleshy fruit. There's a toasty spicy thread and a very bright surge of flavor through the finish. Great wine, a very convincing and sophisticated pinot. Rating 96 Points; Drink in 2018; Nick Stock - jamessuckling.com
