Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 30 2013
I’ll review La Geynale later, meanwhile this 30 looked very much the best of them! Blue fruits, licorice, flowers, dried herb. Medium bodied, fresh raspberry and blackberries, fine acidity, light grainy tannin and a long well defined finish. Lively wine here, feels almost bouncy. Tasted : Mar-15; Alcohol : 13%; Price : $69.99; Closure : Cork; Drink : 2016 - 2025; Rated : 94 Points; Gary Walsh; The Wine Front

Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 60 Vieilles Vignes 2013
The 2013 Cornas Granit 60 Vielles Vignes is serious stuff. Inky colored and loaded with cassis, black raspberry, violets and licorice, it has beautiful acidity in its full-bodied, ripe, polished style. It has rock-solid mid-palate concentrated, and terrific length, so give it a handful of years in the cellar and drink bottles through 2025. Like all of Paris’s Cornas releases, it sees only older barrels. Rating: (92-94+) Points; Drink: 2017 - 2025. Jeb Dunnuck; Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate #216

Vincent Paris Granit Blanc 2014
Roussanne and Viognier planted where it’s not allowed to be planted (Cornas), but works so well. AOC laws work to the benefit of French wine, and also limit potential. A different kind of French paradox. Honeysuckle, stonefruit, ginger and some funk. Medium bodied, flavoursome, bell clear acidity, gentle chalky texture, oranges and spice, and a clean finish of excellent length. Beautiful wine. You could use in place of Chardonnay, I think. Tasted : Mar-15; Alcohol : 13%; Price : $42.99; Closure : Cork; Drink : 2015 - 2020; Rated : 94 Points; Gary Walsh; The Wine Front
