Made from hand harvested fruit, this is a modern take on a classic style. Full of flavour and depth, it combines citrus, white peach and hints of almond meal. Fermentation in oak and tank brings complexity without tightness. The result is a beautifully balanced Chardonnay with texture, energy and structure.
