The Rosemount Regional Showcase Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon has vibrant blueberry, blackberry and cassis aromas complimented by a palate which shows distinct varietal characters that are only expressed in the Coonawarra region.
Deep, solid colour. Fully ripe Cabernet nose; notes of pencil shavings, ripe plum and boysenberry with a hint of tobacco. The palate is moderate-full bodied, dry and shows reasonable concentration. Oak is integrated well. Still youthful with some pronounced tannins but otherwise very well balanced. Wine NZ
