    Brilliant pale green. Very attractive, subtle aromas of tropical fruit, passionfruit and a little citrus with some secondary notes of nettles and mineral. Not in your face at all. More of the same on the palate with the soft tropical fruit flavours being balanced nicely by the crisp acidity and delivering a clean, dry and persistent finish. A brilliant accompaniment for some spicy Asian/Indian food or for sitting in the weekend sun whilst reading the Saturday papers.
