Hidden in the centre of the bodega, Sanchez Romate nurtures a very limited amount of extremely old wines, some of them do not even have dates of birth known to any one. These wines were originally reserved for the private use of the Sanchez Romate family, but are now being offered to the best clients of the company, throughout the world.
A generous wine elaborated with Palomino Fino grapes. Aged for over thirty years in the traditional fashion.
