This wine was derived from specially selected dry-grown vineyards in and around neighbouring areas of Marananga. These vines age from minimum of twenty years up to a hundred years. This wonderful ruby red medium to full-bodied wine is an excellent blend of the two most classic red varieties showing flavours of fully ripened berry fruit of Cabernet Sauvignon along with the Shiraz which adds good depth and complexity. It has a good structure, showing excellent balance with an elegant soft well-rounded mouth-feel. With a high alcohol percentage, this wine will cellar very well for many years, hence making it ideal for investment. - Viking
