The Yellow Label Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich deep red wine. Aromas of plum and berry drift up from the glass. These scents develop into flavours of rich berry, plum and a subtle touch of oak. This wine follows through with a delicate mouth feel and good length.

The fruit was crushed and fermented for a period of 5 days during which our Winemaker ensured maximum colour and flavour extraction from the skins through cap management. Enjoy now or will reward between 2 and 5 years cellaring.
