Parnasse is named after the mountain grass that flowers above our vineyards each spring, marking the beginning of a long, languid summer. Francoise Estier weaves the character and strengths of a number of individual regions to create a wine style truly expressive of the South of France – beautifully ripe and expressive whilst softly structured and easy to appreciate.
Nice wine. Nice label. Nice price. Nice. A pretty, fresh, smashable red with light- to mid-weight berried flavour rushing through the mouth. A refreshing red. A red you can drink at any time of the year, and even chill down if you like. Fruit-driven but dry. Lovely style of wine. Campbell Mattinson
