This wine has Paringa’s typical complex bouquet of dark cherries, spice and subtle savoury new oak characters. On the palate there is powerful dark cherry/black fruit flavours well integrated with the spicy savoury French oak characters. The fine grain tannins provide weight and structure to the wine. This is an elegant Paringa pinot that will reward careful cellaring.

Exceptional retention of crimson-purple hue; in classic Paringa style, offering that extra dimension of varietal fruit, with no hint of over-extraction, even less ?dry reddish'.
