Les Trois was created by Guillaume de Chevron of Chateau Colbert Cannet as a classically expressive Provence Rose.  Provence creates a famously elegant, pale and dry expression of Rose due to a warm Mediterranean climate, abundant sunshine and well protected vineyards. 

The French Appellation system is driven by the concept of Terroir – that wine grown in a particular location has a distinct individual character, created by that region’s unique combination of the key factors “Les Trois” – geography, geology and climate. Les Trois was created by Guillaume de Chevron of Chateau Colbert Cannet as a classically expressive, pale and dry Provence Rose.

The Les Trois Cotes de Provence Rose is a combination of Cinsault and Grenache given a very cool fermentation in stainless steel to maximise fruit expression and extended maturation on less to build complexity. Very pale pink in colour. The nose is aromatic and sweetly perfumed with aromas of strawberries and rose petals. The palate is legant and effortless with light berry and candied fruit drop flavours lingering long on a soft, dry finish.

It's a tip top drink. Pretty, textural and satisfying. You'd be more than happy to knock over a bottle of this on a summer's day – or whenever, really. It tastes of fennel, rosewater, apple skins, orange peel and a kind of dry cherry character. Chill it down and it works a treat. Refreshment factor is high. Delicate, fine and pristine, this delightful rose offers red apple, zesty citrus and floral aromas with a hint of savoury complexity. The palate is taut and linear, and delivers elegant juicy fruit flavours, brilliantly structured by bright acidity, finishing persistent and crisp. A fabulous dry rendition.
