Freight Information

Please note:

· Delivery is free within Australia on dozen lots (straight or mixed) - Must be 12 bottle multiples!
· Orders of 1 to 5 bottles will attract a $20 surcharge
· Orders of 6 to 11 bottles will attract a $10 surcharge
· Beyond the first dozen, there is a $10 fee if orders are not in dozen lots (straight or mixed)

Important additional information:

· Gift cards ($5.00) and gift bags ($5.00) are available, please leave detail in 'additional instructions field of checkout.
· Please ensure that the wine is being sent to a business hours address or there is an authority to leave.
  Orders not meeting this criteria may be delayed considerably especially during festive seasons.
· Drivers can not telephone before delivery and will not deliver to PO boxes.
· Whilst every endeavour will be made to have deliveries occur on specific days, this cannot be guaranteed.

Freight Times - Indicative only and not guaranteed

· Mixed dozens (multiple products in one box) and orders of less than a dozen may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.
· Whilst not guaranteed, these times are accurate for greater than 96% of orders received before midday
· Regional areas will vary but as a guide double the number of days of that states capital city.

WineStar Heat Policy:

· We reserve the right to hold orders in instances of extreme heat, obviously during the warmer months, until there is a clear path of non-extreme temperatures between us and yourself. However, on your authorisation, we can dispatch immediately noting we cannot be responsible for heat damage under these circumstances.
· Darwin - due to potential for heat damage, deliveries to NT can only be made if wine is packed in polystyrene at a cost of $29.99 per box
