Established in 1965, Forest Hill is the oldest cool-climate vineyard in Western Australia. It is a boutique winery owned by Tim Lyons and family, with an uncompromising approach to quality, creating unique and exciting wines of the highest calibre. Each Forest Hill wine expresses the terroir of the Great Southern region.
Bright straw in colour. A complex array of fresh stone fruit and floral notes followed by under layers of raw nuts. The palate is vibrant with flavours of white peach and citrus leading to layers of biscuit and nuts. The natural acidity drives the wine to a long mineral finish.
