FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How much is the freight to my place?
A. Freight and Insurance is FREE on dozen lots within Australia. Dozens can be all of one variety or mixed. For all other destinations or quantities less than one dozen please go to our freight page.

Q. What about if I won't be home?

A. We ask that you leave additional instructions if no one is home, such as "leave at back door" or "OK to leave on front porch". If there is no one home and no instruction, the courier will leave a card to say she/he has been and ask you contact them to arrange delivery. All deliveries are made during business hours so places of work are often favoured destinations. Deliveries unclaimed within 7 days will be returned to us and accounts will be credited less freight fees.
