De Bortoli Wines has a long history with the vineyards we source this Botrytis Semillon from each year, and given the right weather conditions, we produce some excellent Botrytis infected fruit. Regular visits to the vineyard tracking the development of flavour and sweetness allow us to harvest at the perfect time. Each vineyard is fermented separately over 2-3 months with constant monitoring to achieve the perfect balance of sweetness, alcohol and volatile lift in the final wine. This enables the essence of each Botrytis vineyard to be highlighted in the final blend.

Glorious aromas of citrus and marmalade with hints of nuttiness. A lively and lush medley of fruits and honeyed pear with a subtle oak underplay that has a lingering palate with a wisp of acid to keep it fresh.
