From humble beginnings in 1880 as a truffle orchard, the vineyard was converted over to vines in the early 1900’s making it today one of the largest Domaines in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence area. The vineyard is situated 420m above sea-level and aspect is south-west which allows it to receive around 300 days of sunshine. Farmed organically, the AIX Rose is made from the top blend of Maison Saint Aix.

The top blend from the Maison Saint Aix, this is a classic Provençal rosé, with redcurrants and raspberries, bright acidity and even a touch of chalk, giving a mouth-watering dry sensation on the finish.
